I’m Sven Masterson. I’m a men’s coach, author, community leader, and certified Mighty Networks Expert.

While my main mission is guiding men through deep personal transformation within my coaching community, Masterful Men, I also support a small number of authors, coaches, mentors, and purpose-driven solopreneurs who are building their own communities using Mighty Networks.

I built Masterful Men, a transformational men’s community that now runs multiple programs, courses, and live events entirely on Mighty Networks.
It didn’t happen overnight, and it didn’t happen without friction, internal and external.

I’ve learned the quirks, hidden features, and limitations of Mighty Networks, how to really make it sing with other tools like Kit and Zapier, and how to work with all of these platforms rather than fight against them.
More importantly, I’ve learned how to shape the Mighty Networks platform around a mission and message, not just a tech stack.

Why Me?

I didn’t set out to become a coach, mentor, or community builder.

For over 25 years, I worked in IT as an enterprise web developer and architect. I led or contributed to over $100 million in high-stakes software projects for companies like Sirius XM, Dish Network, Pearson, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, SoftBank, AstraZeneca, Putnam, Great-West Financial, and many others.

My specialty was solving complex problems at scale—finding elegant, strategic solutions to projects with tight deadlines, big budgets, and lots of moving parts. I got good at pattern recognition, systems thinking, and root cause analysis—especially under pressure.

But eventually, the problem wasn’t in the code. It was in me.

Despite professional success, my personal life was breaking.  My marriage was unraveling. I was burned out, emotionally disconnected, and stuck in patterns I couldn’t debug. All my technical skill couldn’t fix what was happening in my heart or home.

What finally changed everything wasn’t a framework or tool… it was community.
Not just connection, but a transformational space designed for honest, lasting change.

Once I found that, I turned the tools inward, did the work, and my life, marriage, and family changed forever. I started sharing what I was learning, and before long, I was mentoring more than coding. Eventually, I walked away from the enterprise tech world and stepped into something far more personal: helping other men experience the same kind of transformation.

That’s how I became a men’s coach, mentor, and founder of Masterful Men, a brotherhood for men ready to get unstuck, unshakable, and unstoppable.

As my work grew, I built everything inside Mighty Networks, and over the past five years, I’ve lived in the trenches as a host, experimenting, refining, and creating a full ecosystem of courses, calls, challenges, intensives, and growth experiences that actually work.

Reflecting on the pain points of getting started, I began sharing my experiences with other hosts, and in time, I was invited by Mighty to become a Certified Mighty Networks Expert.

I know the host experience.

    2. Let’s Talk About What You’re Building
    We’ll have a relaxed, engaging conversation about your mission, your vision, and the kind of community or experience you want to create. I’ll listen closely, ask the right questions, and help you get clarity on what’s possible.

    3. If It’s a Match, We’ll Get to Work
    If we both feel like we click, we’ll begin with a commitment to three 90-minute working sessions. That gives us enough space to make meaningful progress without requiring a huge investment up front.
    You’ll walk away with direction, strategy, and real momentum.
    If you want to keep going, we simply renew three sessions at a time, for as long as it serves you.

    This isn’t a course or a funnel, it’s a collaborative relationship.
    And it starts with a simple conversation.
